Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within the standard 60 day return period. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.

A note on chargebacks:
All chargebacks will automatically add you to a blacklist with our credit card processors.This will in turn negatively affect your credit regarding internet purchases.We have noticed an increase of fraud over the past few months. Unfortunately, much of this fraud is perpetrated by customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal, in fact this is a felony punishable by jail time. We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud which may include asking you to sign an affidavit.
